There were a few cars tonight. Not a lot since it is randomly cold today here and it’s a weeknight. This was a pre-season “kickoff” event.

Boy, that Impala is long.
Are old Mustangs in America worth photographing?
HFV has no HFV. But somehow has 2 motorcycles

Heck yes an AAR ‘Cuda! It must’ve been restored at one point because the fiberglass hood isn’t arcing upward along the length of the fender!

Our North Jersey Cars and C of some kind was supposed to have the season opener this Sunday but it was rained out. It’s normally a g ood mix. Some of the cars a little to pricey for me to fully enjoy, but I don’t care if you built it or bought it as long as you are having fun and use it.

It seems like it wasn’t that long ago that everywhere you looked, all you see on the road were cavaliers and sunfires. Now the only I see is this red one on oppo. What makes it great, other than its impressively nice shape, is it's not the bubble gen, but even older! I never would have thought I would be impressed by that, let alone say it out loud! But I am. My how time shifts perception.

It’s crazy! These cars were all over the place during my childhood (I was born in late ‘89) . And as I grew up, they became more and more scarce. Now, mine seems to be one of the only ones left. Who’d have thought, back in the mid-‘90s, that a little ol’ Sunbird would be rare enough to catch interest at a car show?

For what it’s worth, there were four other Mustangs there that I didn’t even bother photographing because they quite honestly bore me. This one was interesting purely because its owner has owned it for over 40 years and has restored it himself.
